- all our agents in foreign countries are on an exclusive representation agreement with our Semak Agency
FINANCING AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
- Our financing Terms are 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 days to buyers
- Our financing terms to sellers are 3-5 days after accepted delivery signed by the buyer
